Rughakingira Syliveri brings over 50 years of distinguished experience in crop and animal production, spanning both the public sector and leading international development organizations. His career includes impactful service within the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of Tanzania, as well as strategic roles with global institutions such as the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Food Programme (WFP), and SADC/CIAT.
With unmatched technical expertise and a lifelong commitment to advancing agriculture, Laurian has contributed to policy development, farmer capacity-building, agricultural research programs, and sustainable production systems across Tanzania and the region.
