Lena Drabig is a seasoned environmental engineer and renewable energy project developer with extensive experience leading solar, wind, and sustainability initiatives across Tanzania. With more than a decade of expertise in leading project teams, environmental analysis, and pollution prevention, she brings world-class insight to ACHIX’s renewable energy and sustainability roadmap.
Lena Drabig is a highly accomplished environmental engineer and renewable energy specialist with deep expertise in solar energy, wind energy pollution analysis, and sustainable environmental management. Her professional experience spans leadership roles as a Senior Project Developer at ABO Tanzania and Senior Project Manager at Energio Verda Africa, where she has managed the full life cycle of renewable energy projects — from feasibility studies and GIS site analysis to community engagement, capacity building, environmental planning, and technical implementation.
Lena holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Process-Integrated Environmental Studies from Fachhochschule Jena and additional academic experience in Political Science and Intercultural Business Communication from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to bridge technical engineering, environmental policy, and community-driven sustainability programs.
