Joshua Kaisi is an experienced HR strategist with a strong track record in organizational development, industrial HR operations, and workforce transformation. He holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from Mzumbe University and brings over a decade of HR leadership across manufacturing and enterprise environments.
With more than 20 years of hands-on HR leadership, Joshua Kaisi offers deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee performance systems. He currently serves as an HR Business Partner at PROJECT CLEAR Ltd, where he supports high-growth organizational scaling, leadership development, team restructuring, and company-wide culture initiatives.
Joshua served as an HR Officer and Industrial HR specialist at Lodhia Steel & Plastic Industries Ltd, one of Tanzania’s largest industrial groups. In this role, he gained significance experience in: recruitment and talent acquisition, employee performance frameworks, payroll compliance, workplace policies, labor relations & disputes, staff welfare, learning & development, and HR digitalization & reporting.
Joshua holds an MSc in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Mzumbe University, where he specialized in human capital development, organizational psychology, leadership, and strategic HR planning.
His HR philosophy focuses on building strong, empowered teams, improving productivity, ensuring compliance, and creating people-centered systems that support business growth.
