Killian Nango is a distinguished African business leader with more than two decades of executive experience spanning telecommunications, advisory services, commercial banking, development finance, financial services, renewable energy, and impact investment. Throughout his career, he has held influential leadership roles with P&L ownership across East Africa—positioning him among the region’s most respected strategic operators and economic development champions.
Killian is deeply passionate about advancing broad-based economic transformation, with a strong focus on enterprise growth, youth empowerment, women’s inclusion, innovation ecosystems, and private-sector investment. His leadership work has directly contributed to the success of large organizations, emerging businesses, and regional development initiatives aimed at accelerating inclusive growth.
Academically, Killian holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University, a globally recognized institution for financial and economic research. He also earned an MBA in International Business from the India Institute of Foreign Trade, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from the Institute of Finance Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
